Pork

The brisket was amazing - it just melted in my mouth. My only regret is that I didn't get a bigger piece from the supermarket.

Today I have a boneless pork leg joint slow cooking in honey, soy sauce and chinese 5 spice.

After I get home, I will take it out of the slow cooker and whack it under the grill until I've got some crackling.

To say I'm looking forward to tonight's supper would be an understatement.
